Data Deletion

1. Remove the app from Facebook

1. Go to Facebook and open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find Virtus Copilot and click Remove.
4. Check the option to delete posts, videos or events the app published, if any, and confirm.

2. Remove the app from Instagram

1. On Instagram, open your profile, tap the menu and go to Settings and activity.
2. Tap Apps and websites and choose Active.
3. Select Virtus Copilot and tap Remove.

3. Disconnect WhatsApp Business

In Virtus Copilot, go to Settings, then Channels, and click Disconnect on the number. You can also remove access in Meta Business Manager under Business settings, Integrations, then Connected partners or Apps.

4. Request data deletion

Removing the app stops new data from being received. To also delete stored data, email admin@roivp.com.br with the subject "Virtus Copilot data deletion", including:

• Full name and the email used on Facebook or Virtus Copilot.
• Company name and the connected accounts (Page, Instagram profile or WhatsApp number).

5. What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 2 business days and send you a tracking code for the request.
• We delete access tokens, conversations, contacts, leads and all other data received from Meta platforms within 30 days.
• We notify you by email when the deletion is complete.
• We keep only what the law requires us to retain (such as tax and access records), for the legal period and without using it for any other purpose.

6. If you are a contact of a business customer

If you talked to a company that uses Virtus Copilot, that company is the controller of your data. You can ask it directly for deletion or write to admin@roivp.com.br, and we will forward the request and support the deletion.
